How to contact me
I offer a free initial chat by phone that lasts about 20 minutes. It's an opportunity for you to tell me a bit more about what's going on for you and see if I'm able to help you. It will help you get a sense of me and how I work and whether you feel comfortable with me. I understand how daunting it can be making contact with a counsellor for the first time, but I am open and friendly and will do my best to help you feel at ease. If you'd like to know more about my practice, book an appointment or arrange to have a chat, please just get in touch.
I have a private practice with parking in a quiet leafy part of Totnes. It's a 10 minute walk from Totnes train station and main bus stops. I also work online in Bristol.
I work in-person and online in Totnes and also work online in Bristol.
I work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9-5pm.
Please note I work with adults only and do not offer couples therapy.
Standard sessions are £60-70 for 60 mins
Sessions are weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs.
Please note that I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate. Wherever possible, I will try to offer an alternative appointment the same week to avoid unnecessary charges.
